Roskomnadzor blocked the site after the project team urged users to create as many new bridges (i.e. hidden channels) as possible, since standard bridges in Russia were blocked.

Access restrictions are associated with testing equipment designed to isolate the Runet. The Tor audience in Russia is the second largest in the world after the USA. According to the project team, about 300 thousand users from Russia use the network every day, which is 15% of the total.
